Standard Consulting Hour

Service Description

One hour of consulting time to develop your idea, receive coaching on an existing project, and/or untangle your organizational challenge(s). Clients can expect a possible pre-questions before the call to help us best prepare to work with you for the hour. At the end of the hour, we will assist you in preparing an initial plan or set of outcomes with next steps you can immediately implement. A recent client spent an hour session walking through a list of challenges involved involved in a tricky leadership transition about to take place in her organization. She left the meeting with a strategy and set of priorities on what was necessary for the organization, current leader and future leader during the transition. We followed up with a written transition plan to document all the necessary steps outlined in the hour-long session.
